Since 1994, SupraNet has been providing fast, direct, and reliable Internet to businesses across Greater Madison. Our hands-on customer focus and dedication to quality is why our clients and partners consider us an exceptional value.
Our team is highly knowledgeable, helpful, and available when you need us, which allows you the peace of mind to focus on other important aspects of your business. Working together as a powerful team, we stay on top of new developments and industry trends to bring our clients the high end products and services they expect. Each business relationship is treated as a valued partner and given the time and attention they deserve.
When partnered with SupraNet, you will see first-hand how our company’s four core values shape the way we do business. These values guide us in our daily interactions and construct the character behind SupraNet.
We believe art connects community. We provide affordable internet for major art centers in Madison and work with local cartoonist, John Kovalic. You can see his hand drawn graphics throughout our site and on our annual pint glasses.
We also thank John Sorenson for the use of his aerial view of Madison photo on our home page.
We will not oversubscribe our network or throttle your speeds. We will remain a net neutral company, putting our client’s and our community’s needs first. SupraNet is committed to bringing content closer to the community by hosting locally and remaining the premier partner for businesses in Greater Madison.
SupraNet continues to invest in the community at our own expense in order to ensure greater access to the Internet for all. By building fiber into numerous Madison Public Libraries, SupraNet provides an outlet for all community members to have access to fast and reliable Internet for professional and personal development. In addition to the libraries, SupraNet has made a socially conscience commitment to the Madison community and has built fiber into city water towers to improve water utility metering and help better monitor water usage. These, along with providing complimentary WiFi at the Dane County Regional Airport, are just a few examples of how SupraNet practices responsible success and gives back to the community whenever possible.
In celebration of our 30th anniversary, Madison Mayor, Satya Rhodes-Conway proclaimed September 1, 2024 SupraNet Communications Day in recognition of our 30 years of dedication to community service, technological innovation, and our lasting contributions to the city’s growth and prosperity.
